Relating to minimum ratios of journeyworkers to apprentices in apprenticeship standards; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Provides that apprenticeship standards must require, for the purposes of training and supervision, a ratio of at least one apprentice for each journeyworker. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
